Yellow Card scheme extended

MHRA Drug Safety Update

The MHRA's Yellow Card scheme can now be used to report medical device incidents, defective medicines and suspected counterfeit medicines, in addition to suspected adverse drug reactions.

Incidents can be reported online or using a printed yellow card, which can be found at the back of the MIMS book.
