New Roaccutane formulation

Roche has launched a new 10mg strength of Roaccutane (isotretinoin) and discontinued the 5mg capsule.

Roaccutane is indicated for treatment of severe acne resistant to antibiotic and topical therapy.

Both the 10mg and existing 20mg Roaccutane capsules are now arachis oil free, however, they remain contra-indicated in patients with soya allergy.
