New erectile dysfunction device

The Accord erection maintenance system is now available from Genesis. It comprises a manual vacuum pump with 7 silicone Genesis 3H rings, a loading cone and a holding cylinder. The constrictor rings are also available separately, and can be used with erection assistance devices 013H(3), 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9.

Like other treatments for erectile dysfunction, Accord is available at NHS expense for men with prostate cancer, kidney failure treated with dialysis or transplantation, spinal cord injury, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, single gene neurological disease, spina bifida, Parkinson's disease, polio, severe pelvic injury and those who have undergone radical pelvic surgery or prostatectomy.
