Discontinued oral contraceptives

Wyeth pharmaceuticals has discontinued Minulet (ethinylestradiol-gestodene) and Tri-Minulet (ethinylestradiol-gestodene).

The decision for discontinuation follows both products having been out of stock for prolonged periods, and numerous alternative oral contraceptives being available to prescribers.
