Broader use for opioid-induced constipation treatment

Use of Relistor (methylnaltrexone bromide) is no longer restricted to patients with advanced illness receiving palliative care. The injectable peripheral opioid antagonist is now indicated in adults in general for the treatment of opioid-induced constipation when laxatives are insufficient.
