The Humapen Memoir insulin pen has been discontinued as of 31st March 2015.
The Humapen Memoir insulin pen has been discontinued as of 31st March 2015.

Eli Lilly has discontinued its reusable insulin pen Humapen Memoir for commercial reasons.

All currently available Lilly insulin cartridges will fit the Humapen Savvio and Humapen Luxura HD devices, which remain available.

After 31st March 2015, patients using the Humapen Memoir who require a replacement may still be able to obtain one from Lilly while stocks last.
